Touch Pro on Ebay?

I searched on Ebay for the Touch Pro just to see what I could find, and I found a whole bunch of Touch Pro's for sale on Ebay. Are they actually selling the Touch Pros, or are they just preorders, or something else? Thanks for any input you can give for clearing this up! :D

GSM versions and nearly all of them probably do not have US 3g support even on AT&T.
