Its a sprint employee referral program that gives you extremely good monthly rates.

SERO is the Sprint Employee Referral Offer plan which is much cheaper than regular plan.

uh, forgot to mention its officially discontinued... sprint lets you use their service off contract for as long as you want, but if you want to upgrade or sign a new one its a kiss good bye to that sero plan. Its the reason why alot of people are going through hoops to get the upgrade credit and rebates
