I was just told by Customer Care that I'll be getting it for $299 with the $100 MIR. I'm pretty stoked. If I couldn't get it for $299 I would have still gotten it but I would rather have kept the extra cash in my pocket!

so if i called and they said they'll exchange my phone once the pro comes out, i just gotta call back

should i call escalations so they can set it up now?

The more people that know of your issue the better!! Don't forget Sprint is re-vamping their whole customer service platform since it's gotten so many bad ratings that it can't afford anymore so stay on them. Just trying to help out....pay it forward!

I have alway got new phones when they come out for free. I bought a 6700 and it broke they gave me a brand new one because the one i had woukdnt charge so they opened a box and gave me a new one. then it broke again and they didnt have a 6700 so they gave me a 700w. then i *****ed and they found a 6700. then that broke and i got the 6800. i have had about 4 6800s because buttons just stop working. i goto a store that does repairs and when it cant be repaired they give me whatever they have in stock which is usually the newer model. i know when the touch pro or whatever its called comes out my charger port thing is going to break and ill tell them i can wait for a refiurb bc of work and they will give it to me brand new.

make sure you don't lose your email. They promised $100 + $50 credit in my account uppon getting the diamond and now they say they do not have records of this and it has never been documented. Now I have to either return the phone or pay the 381 dollars that is the phone plus taxes...

I might just go ahead and cancel my account... the only problem is that I am on the sero plan, but it just might be worth to do it just to make sure they lose a customer for not keeping their promise...

Tried this, but told them that I still have a Touch that I haven't activated yet that I received as a replacement for the Mogul. Said that I couldn't get that replaced because the Mogul is still active on my account, so I'll try it again on Friday to see if I can get them to yield for a full swap. The email said I was eligible for a $150 rebate, but it's weird since I barely signed up this year.

Will my email be on file or I can file another inquiry later? I put the email to general inquiry when regarding the subject matter on the Sprint Email Us page.

I have to say Im amazed once again with sprint and ther service. I called in to inquire abotu my upgrade choices and one line of 4 was available. so I said how much and when I heard it was going to be 249 for the phone i was very taken back as I have a corp agreement with ATT and i was offered 4 iphones for 100 a piece. so I said this and the lady said sorry cant do it. kinda was rude too. so I went ahead and said Ill think about it. then I went on about my day. got a survey and answered it truthfully and honestly and got a call today from someone at sprint who wanted to talk to me about my survey. by the end of the call he upgraded each of my 4 lines to Touch Diamonds and noted my account to get switched out to the pro when available. i called back later and asked about the note on my account and they person stated to me exactly what the gentleman on the phone said. so it is in there at least. Im so psyched. should have them tomarrow and the touch pro Ill have to switch to if I want when ti is released.

I also got the offer from them to send back my mogul (After I purchase the touch pro at full price) and get a credit from them and I would only have to pay the difference ($30). I'm going to do it, but I would rather them cut me a check then put it on my account...anyone have any tips? After its on my account I just basically paid 10 months of my cell phone bill forward?
