anything is possible, but i wont bet on it and bring on bad karma to them... im also gonna have to pay the full price. just take it as it is

I've had tons of problems with mine. I think I'm on my 6th phone since Feb. Would you care to post your email draft? I'd like to maybe re-word it a little and send it in. I like my phone but it's been a royal PITA.

you are a lucky!!!!!!!!! ima get the touch pro but im more than likely gonna have to pay full price. congrats on the free touch pro.

Nothing special, I wrote it kinda quick late last night. Maybe you'll have some luck as well. I even told them I would pay an upgrade fee.

Thanks for the info!! What's the email address for sprint ecare?? I having almost the exact same issue and have been bounced around customer service for over a month now.

I just used what was on the contact us page, after I logged into Sprint.com

I'm really surprised with these results after reading everyone elses replies from sprint. Guess I just got very, very lucky.

yes you go very lucky iv been going at it for ten emails now and all there willing to do is credit my account $50 to cover the insurance replacement

It's usually better to start a new email/ticket when you get denied, try it...
