Cool bro. I'm just ready for this phone to drop for some odd reason my mogul keyboard is getting really hard to type on. Have to beat it to get the letter to come out.

Go in and have it repaired/replaced right before 10/19. Then, when the Touch Pro gets released, buy the Touch Pro and you'll have a barely used Mogul to sell on ebay! :headbang:

Do you have insurance? The in-store tech support has always been good with me regarding my phone problems. I went in the other day, they didn't even ask me if I had insurance (which I do) and I showed them an issue I was having with my battery. They popped out the battery, rep said, "oh yeah. This battery is a goner..." and promptly brought out another one for me. That was it. No paperwork or anything.

Since you're having problems with the buttons, maybe if you bring it in, they'll just give you another one.

Well yes I have insur. But that's just the thing I haven't had the phone for a year yet! Got it last oct. I kinda don't wanna shell out the 100 something dollars for a replacement only to turn around n buy the pro in oct. And the sprint stores with tech are "scary" around here hmmm I need to think of what I need to do cause this key pounding is killing me

If there's something wrong with the phone, you have to pay a deductable?

I understand your dilemma a little better now though. I've had my Mogul since the release, so I've already gotten one replacement and one new battery. Didn't have to pay a deductable because they found some fault on mine (I guess cuz it was early build).

But since I haven't had it for a year I wonder can I still get an free replacement? With tmo I never had an problem getting an replacement for my sk if it was under a year. Cause I would hate to have to pay an insur when the pro is so close to dropping. And one time awhile back my cousin had a problem with his mogul and it took them 2 months before they just broke down and sent him a new phone!!! W.T.F was up with that!?!? I soooo don't wanna go thru that!
