Which one first?

I've heard speculation that Sprint is planning on releasing the Touch Pro sometime between September-October and the Diamond in December. Has anyone else heard something similar? Which do you think (and hope) will be launched first?

I'm hoping the Touch Pro is released first but I'm thing the Diamond I think will hit 1st because of the ads for it already. Whenever the Touch Pro is available I will be on the phone with sprint, credit-card in hand.

I can't see either phone before the Sept.-Oct. time frame, but I would love to be proved wrong. Persoanlly I am hoping for the Touch Pro first and have seen speculation that leads to that time frame, I really don't care about the diamond. As long as it's before December I will be happy...the question is how soon will I be happy???

Re: Which one first?

The original engadget post said September for the touch pro and November for the touch diamond. We'll see but the sprint leaked document WAS the first information released about the raphael and diamond and further releases from HTC seem to confirm the stats posted on these leaked documents. However, we all do know sprint's track record for releasing phones on time.

The Touch Pro needs to come out first - Sprint can't keep forcing people that want a slide out keyboard into the Mogul.

I just hope they don't force anyone who buys these phones on their Everything Plan. I hope Sprint doesn't believe they have the grapefruits to force their dwindling customers into their trap.

It would be in Sprints best interest as a company to release these two phones ASAP....

And it would be nice to ditch this Mogul for a fully capable phone.

I agree fully. I regret seeing info on these phone. I am starting to hate my mogul more and more as it sometimes take long to answer calls and take 3+ minutes to reboot.

I may just go back to stock roms as I am sick of the little glitches that custom roms come with. Stock roms are crippled too.....argh. Call me pessimistic but I know that this phone isn't getting released this year.

3+ minutes to reboot.... what the hell are u using.....I cooked my own only with essential apps and it runs like a dream...boot times in seconds not minutes...cook ur own rom, you'll see how stable and efficient it is.
