cab for symbol button fix?

I have an htc touch pro unlocked and flashed with mightyrom4 and I noticed the sym button doesn't work anymore is there a fix for this?

have you tried hard resetting the phone

Some custom ROMS take out the HTC Soft keyboard set, and replace it with other like FigerKeyboard etc... so yes that will break the "sym" button function.

I do however only have & use fingerkeyboard on my device (I took out all the other keyboards including the stupid Microsoft ones.) As for me I can live without the "sym" button.
