Activation Help
 

I unlocked and flashed a custom rom on my Bell Touch Pro. It has worked without issue. I was given a new HTC Legend, and activated that. I then sold the Touch Pro to a buddy. He took it to bell to activate, and they can't input the MSL. Bell doesn't care about the upgarded software. I didn't relock the phone before I took it to them. Do I have to relock it before they can activate for my buddy, or is there something else I have to do?
