Icons Messed Up

I am VERY sorry for asking a question that I know has probable been asked 5 millions times, I have been searching for the past hour and can't find it and I remember seeing this in one of the roms.... ](*,)

My icons a real blurry until I slide it open and then it looks good, I tried other themes and it still does it, I also tried to disable cleartype but that made it worse.

I am using rstg_tpro_21876G_Sense25_v17a if that helps.

I appreciate the help!
