Proper way of going back to stock

im sure theirs threads on this but i just can't seem to find the right one. I found one thread in the upgrade area but the file i downloaded to go back to the stock rom was some nbh file and wouldn't do nothing.

Right now i'm running a energy rom....Do I need to "re-lock" my phone before I take it in for repair? Can I just go to the following link and just load this rom?

http://www.htc.com/us/support/touch-...int/downloads/

Thanks for any assistance

my store has no idea but to be safe use the link you posted or sdflash with the nbh if you want. sdcard needs to be fat32 and doing so will wipe the card so just use your link. lol oh, i wouldnt worry about relocking it, just put stock rom on.

thanks for the info. At this point i did the update and everything appears to be stock (which i HATE)..lol but i just need to take it in for repair. Keyboard is driving me crazy!

As of right now, here's a rundown on what I have showing.

Rom Version: 2.01.651.6
Radio Version: 1.12.34.F
Model No: RAPH800

Can someone please confirm if that info is correct in order to take in for repair?

Want to make sure....thank you
