I know, but SDHC have not side of the card that locks, SDHC never have it

Well I'm pretty much out of ideas, I figured that would've been it at this point... Did you try formatting with the HP tool I posted about? That thing has never failed me, unless your card is bad - which is something to consider as well. I've never had a card go bad, but there's a first time for everything...

Perhaps you can seek for help locally? I'm not really understanding you, I think your understanding of terminology is not where it needs to be to properly troubleshoot this issue.

I would try another card if you have one, it definitely seems like that card is bad/locked in some way.
