Verizon MMS on tp
 

Hey everyone, I've searched the forum the best I could but didn't come up with much. I flashed NFSFAN's rom and I can't get the mms to work. I've installed the arcsoft but still nothing. I tried to edit the registry according to one post I found but still nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Took two cabs to get MMS to work for me on Verizon..
Remove PictureMail & Arcsoft.cab
Calkulins Arcsoft Verizon MMS 5.0.69.44.cab

I don't have time to search right now, but I know I got them off this site somewhere..

I have the alltel cabs on my computer that I can upload if that would work. I got my TP during the merge and was origonally with Alltel but I would think anything like that would work on the 500 just like the 800.

Hi there, I had the same problem. I flashed to the stock rom and then back to NFSFAN's rom. Also, when I was restoring, I restored everything but my old text messages. So far so good. I can receive and send message like normal. I just need to find the gps fix now...

thanks for the help.

I really don't want to have to flash back to the stock rom and back to NFSFAN's rom, is there a way around that? I mean I can receive picture mail but I can't send. Yeah i was wondering about the gps too.

Yeah, I got that fixed too. When I flashed back to the stock rom, I went ahead and did everything I could to get Bing to work just to make sure everything was fine. I followed the gps instructions from the TP Stickies here:

I made sure everything was working, then I re-flashed back to NFSFAN's rom, installed and ran quickgps, and viola, everything's good now! Except for pandora, which skips tracks before I can get to end. Oh well, it's enough to get me through until windows mobile 7 comes out.

Don't mean to hijack, but I could never get data working on my phone, so I could never use mms or anything like it for that matter.

Anyone know if HA/AAA shared keys are tied to your phone number or your ESN?
