Need help, Installing new ROM with Windows mobile device center
 

Im sure its been covered but I couldnt find a thread on this issue.
Any help would be great
How do I install a new ROM on my TP with Windows mobile device center ( the new Active sync for Windows 7 users)

You need to establish a connection/partnership between your phone and mobile center. Don't use bluetooth or other wireless connections, only via USB port (reliable).
After that you just run the rom upgrade file on your PC and it will find your connected phone. Mobile center will stay open on the background servicing all communication needs.

P.S. Just make sure your phone has ROM unlocked.
