TP constantly rebooting itself regardless of ROM
 

Hi All,

First of all I want to thank everyone who does awesome work here. I've used a number of the ROMs for over a year now and really appreciate all the work done. (started a new post because this seems diff, then other reboot issues)

My phone started rebooting itself the other day, but not just rebooting; hard flashing itself. So when it boots it says it's booting up like it's the first time. Not only that it often hangs on the boot screen and doesn't get to the today screen.

I've flashed five ROMs (which has been hard because sometimes I can't even sync it) and tried three different versions of NRG; as well as ROOTrom Tank and even went and loaded some old ROMs like lunacie and MightyMike.

it will sometimes work for a half a day or so, but if i PIM backup it's usual dead quick (also dead two times avoiding PIM incase that was the cause)

so long post, but I'm afraid to ask...is my phone a goner? Is this a possible virus on my external disk? any ideas at all?

Mine is also having the same problem as yours. I haven't found a fix for it yet.
I've tried lots of things
Flashing different ROMS, back to Stock and then Custom
Same result.. Happens about twice a month..thank god for microsoft my phone lol

Do you have a your scandisk in? I took mine out on last try and left it out for 24 hours. I didn't put it back in till I ran out of internal memory. An hour after I put it back in ..crash. I'm going to try and format the card and reflash the ROM; incase it's the card. I'll let you know how it goes.

I formatted my mini SD card and it seems to have stopped.. I'm currently on Lunacie ROM
