screen shows but no touch response..?
 

I just receaved a refurb from verizon and the same thing 2 days later..
The screen lights up, shows all the data, keyboard works, all the face buttons work but the touch response on the screen is inop.

Any clues on what just happened here?

Also how the heck do you do the hard reset while it's off? Ive had to do it a few times but I remember I found the page that has the correct sequence after searching for about an hour..?
