Strange Problem
 

I have an input problem that i need some advice on. When I type an email the system works well until I type a word that gets auto corrected... It seems like everytime i type a period (.) followed by a small i the system corrects it to a capital I and then the text I type after that doesn't show up but the cursor moves. If I close the keyboard and re-open it the text appears and I can type until it breaks again. Once again if I close the keyboard the text appears and works. I had Sprint replace the keyboard for me today but no luck.

Ideas?

Sounds like a software problem to me - the keys are apparently being input. If I understand correctly, then the problems only occur with autocorrection. Have you tried turning that off? In sprint stock rom, it's settings\personal\input.
