Something wrong with Sprint or my TP?
 

I've been having lots of problems today making / receiving calls... I had to call in to work this morning, and had to try about 5 times before it would dial through without getting "network busy" errors. Then this afternoon someone was trying to call me about 4 times, and I never heard the phone ring once (it's been right next to me all afternoon).

Does this sound like a problem with the phone or the sprint service in my area? I do have the Sprint update that seems to be causing problems right now, but I don't want to flash custom again just in case I have to send it in.

It could be either one. Possibly the easiest remedy would be to flash a different radio. The radio would potentially help regardless of whether or not it's a hardware or service issue.

What Sprint update are you referring to?

Yeah, probably a big waste of time to mess w/ that ROM. I would stick w/ customs. My guess is that the ROM is a small part of the problem.

Flash a better ROM, try some different radios, and continue to monitor performance.

you should take it to a repair center. mine messed up after i flashed that rom and they gave me a tp2.
