Insurance is sending me a Samsung instead of a TP?!?!?!
 

So when I spoke with Sprint they told me I would prob receive a new TP as they prob don't have any refurbs in stock. Then they transferred me to the insurance place where they said they cant know if it will be new or refurb until after they place the order. Then I receive an email today telling me instead of a TP they are sending me a SAMSUNG!!! Doesn't say what type. But what the ****!?!?!?!

I just checked the website. They said its a Samsung M300! I checked that up, I can buy it for 20 bucks on ebay! WTF???!?!?!?!

Ye dont accept that, you should be ble to argue for something else, especially if you're not a new customer. Thats total bs man!

Call them up and b!#($...you did not put insurance on your phone so you could get a POS as a replacement. No more TPs in stock? Then they should be sending you a Touch Pro 2. That is ridiculous.

Don't accept it! They need to provide you with a replacement that is equal in value. I can get you the M300 for 5-10 bucks all day long. It's a flip phone. They should of offered you a TP2, BlackBerry, Palm pixi or the likes unless you have one of those funny ESN's. Then that's another story.
