Must uninstall BGmod (BG4All) (BGmod is Built into the Clock)
Must uninstall Clean\Compact home (they only work with TankRom Clean Home.cab below)

Tried this and my phone just kept trying to load touch flo and never could. I had to remove it and restart the phone to get touchflo working again.

Only works with HTC Sense 2.1 not TF3d or Sense 2.5

How does one go about putting sense on the phone? Custom ROM? I am still using the stock sprint rom and have been generally happy with it but looking for an upgraded interface.

Custom Rom is one way or you can just install Sense 2.1 by cab it is available over at XDA just Google HTC sense 2.1 vga. I personally cook my own Roms, which when you start you'll see its not that difficult and very addicting.
