Sprint breaching contract, Sprint Tv can not be fixed by Sprint!
 

I own the Sprint Touch Pro, Look at your bill, if you are on a spending limit account you will notice a new charge of $4.99. This is a breach of contract!
Call Sprint right away and let them know that it is illegal to change your contract until it expires or is up for renewal. They are giving me a $20 credit each month based on this issue and the fact Sprint TV gives a 7004 error that can not be fixed except by a hard reset.

oh yeah got that charge for my past bill. I called them up and said I didn't agree with the charge and to take me off the spending limit program, which they did :)

i don't have one on my acct but my g/f does and i tried to get it removed. they wouldn't (was late on a payment like 4 months ago).

she is not under contract anymore (old employee plan). there's no way i can get a $20 a month credit (bringing her bill to like $10 with the $5 fee lol).

i finally said the hell with it. i'll eat another $5 a month for such a cheap plan. i was told that after 1 year with no late payments or overages on the asl that it will automatically be removed.
