What box does the Touch Pro 2 come in when Sprint send you a NIB one?
 

Sprint told me they were going to send me the TP2 NIB. I received the item and it came in the same box that sprint uses when they send you refurbished phone. It did not come in a TP2 box. It also only came with a battery+charger, no accessories. When I called sprint they forwarded me to the manager and he tried convincing me it's a new phone. He said that is how they send it out from the warehouse and they don't send accessories. He also told me he knows it is new becuase for the past few weeks they have not had any refurb TP2's in stock.

On your dialpad hit ##778#, then view. Scroll down to refurbishment status. If it says no its a new phone.

Is your phone working properly? Is it scratched up? Is it dented? Did you pay for it?

If 'Yes' to the first question and 'No' to the other questions, then keep it moving bra.

Ughh! They totally lied to me! I just did the check the first person told me to do and it says it was refurbished on feb 5! I knew it. The phones garbage. I tried syncing my contacts with Microsoft MyPhone which I never had a problem with before and it keeps crashing on me. I know I can go to the store, but I also want to transfer all my pics/calander/notes/sms. Argh! The phone is sooooo slow!

i got ripped off. i got a brand new tp2 with all accessories without paying a penny and i didn't get my 3 $100 bills in the box.:???:
