Re: extremely laggy phone

the last refurb i got has been doing the same thing. don't know what is causing it. i just got the upgrade to tp2 so hopefully that will be a thing of the past. i went to bid on a phone today on ebay and it started lagging bad and caused me to miss the bid that i was trying to make. i had to soft reset it was so bad. by the time i got it back up the auction ended and the winning bidder bid less than what i was going to bid.

Just some suggestions, What i would try is, installing original factory ROM, HARD RESET. flash to new rom, HARD RESET. Kinda sounds like your having a memory/regs issue. Phones getting sluggish cause too much stuff to peel through. lol

By restoring original factory rom its pretty much like a complete swipe of the device, in my case even my PRL and RADIO were flashed to stock. Then i flashed to custom rom to allow settings to be applied over the stock settings. Reflashed radio and updated PRL, running flawless agian been about 3 months since i last had to do that. But im a flashaholic :P

GL!

P.S: if all else fails try flashing to a clean stock rom, see if you experiance the issue still, may just be your running a bloated rom. Also, your phone needs a soft-reset every so often to keep things running smoothly if your not already doing this.
