Can't synch but can you download contacts some how
 

I have a Touch Pro by sprint and some how IT dept. missed up certificate and no longer will phone synch with outlook.I T dept. screwed up certificate and can't seem to fix it. Does anyone know how I can download contacts without full synch so I at least have my contacts. Right now phone has been hard reset trying to correct problem so no contacts.

hard reseting should allow it to sync up again. sometimes you have to open windows mobile device center manually. then it will read your phone and let you set it up like it is a new phone.

I have tried several times and I get the same issue error synch. Any other ideas.

Without a proper certificate, I'm afraid you will not be able to sync via internet connection. Have you tried syncing with ActiveSync by connecting to your work computer via USB?

Plaxo lets you sync without being connected via an app they have.

check setting under connections - usb to pc- enable faster data sync - disable this option to allow a new partnership between your pc and your device to be setup.
