Does xv6850 can't play m4a files?

I was very confused about this problem.
From HTC and Sprint website, they both said that xv6850 support m4a playback.

But actually My 6850 can't. The stock rom just can display the cover of the music file. If I press play. both manila and wmp just skip the file.

Is anyone have this same question?

Codec missing or CPU didn't support m4a decoding?

isnt M4a files the protected ipod files? if so then no the TP cant play them in there standard format. you would have to find a way to convert them to MP3 in order to play them.
