Finally Got MSL CODE but still cant use phone
 

Ok well I recently put a thread on HowardForums.com stating that I couldn't get the Touch Pro MSL code due to the fact that it was refurb. and changed around.

One day, 4 forums later and 10 programs later.... I finally got it. It was very different from what Boost and Sprint gave me. Anywho, I changed minor information in the ESPL section of the phone (my number and msid) but the obstacle now is that I still cant use the phone.

No incoming or outgoing calls. No text messages. ETC.

When I tried to make an outgoing call, it said "your account cannot be validated." My account is actually active.

When i called sprint CS from the phone, they transferred me to BOOST CS but i hung up because honestly, what am I going to say to them?

So where do I go from here??

Do you have another phone that does work with your boost account? If so, what phone is that? If not, I would try getting another phone working first, preferably one that is normally used by Boost.

What's your zip code by the way? I thought Boost was only CDMA in certain places. I didn't even know that you could activate just any Sprint phone. Perhaps all that has changed since the last time I looked at Boost.
