Is there a way to "image" my current setup?

Was wondering...after flashing to a ROM, it always takes a frew days to get personalized, apps installed, etc. Is there something out there that would allow to image my setup like you can with your PC?

Sashimi is excellent and very easy to use.

Regardless of how much personalization you do, it's way easy to use. The creator has made some excellent tutorial vids as well.
