HTC Touch takes long to boot, then gets stuck at "Loading Device Configuration"
 

Title says it all.

I installed SkiRom, and it all worked fine, then my device was stuck at the "HTC Rapheal (touch)" screen, so I did a hard reset, and it's now stuck at the "Loading device configuration" screen. Windows will not detect the phone.
