HELP!!!! Phone stuck on start up!
 

after a cab installation and hard soft reset phone stuck on start up touch screen with the logo touch pro and red hardware and radio numbers youll see what i mean.

removed battery and reinstalled it after 15 minutes i noticed it was not coming back, not fully uncharged to see if that will solve it.

can i flash a rom at this point?
should i call my Insurance?
let me know what you think.

working on that, forgot to mention that im running energys recent release but that was working properly untill that cab for the 2016 came along

just reflash a rom, you can still flash on that screen good luck
