a little help plz
 

Out of the blue my touch pro switches to the screen you get when you open up the keyboard on its own and I have to fight with it by opening and closing it to get back to the home screen (touchflo 3d) is there any way to stop this from happening or mybe is it away to change screen i get when i slide open the keyboard to touch flo? thx

I had the same issue on one of my TP's. It was a broken keyboard sensor or something like that. I took it into the Sprint repair center and they replaced it without question. I did a hard reset before I went in and not only did it not fix the problem, it made the phone a major pain to set up. Imagine trying to set up the touch screen with the screen flipping back and forth. It's not easy to hit those X's when they are jumping all over. Any way, I see you are on Metro PCS and I don't know if they are anything like Sprint, but if they are, they should take care of it for you.

Oh yeah, for sure. When things get too crazy, hard reset is the first or second thing I do. I just happened to have the same issue as the OP

Figured it might be that fozmsu but metro pcs will not touch this phone unless its to activate it so I might be out of luck unless theres a way to fix or bypass this problem myself its so damn annoying:-x

from my understanding if you buy a phone that is not sold by metroPCS/Cricket but have it flashed to them. they will only just activate the phone but will not provide any kind of support should problems arise so in your case im afraid ur SOL.
