Phone Flashed itself??!
 

Ok, I think this is the oddest thing that has ever happened to my touch pro. I used the little reset button on the bottom (the one you use the stylus to press) in order to get a nice fresh reboot. I have one of those gimped verizon phones and a reset once a day does wonders for performance.

So, it took forever to load up, kind of like after a flash. It gets to windows, and wants me to calibrate the screen, then customizations run and it reboots. Everything is gone, all my contacts, programs. Also, it has used up ALL the storage on the phone. Its like the phone flashed itself...without removing the last flash. I am going to try a flash dance and reload the RSTG Mobile Shell ROM I am running. I hope everything will be ok.

I could understand this if I were flashing from the SD card, but I have been flashing via the cable, not sure how this could have happened. Anyway, thought I would share this oddity.

I don't think hard reset would cause the phone to fill the entire storage memory.

that sucks. it's a touch pro, i wait for the day something bad happens. i have all programs installed to sd card and keep all cabs in a cab file on sd card. pim backup backs up once a day, worst thing i had happen to me is have an sd card currupt on me, and i lost everything. now i back everything up to sd card, run all apps on sd card and back up sd card to pc time to time. if my phone dies, everything is on sd card, that goes out, it has been backed up and a reformat 32 gives a fresh card. my pc dies i'm back to starting fresh. always have a failsafe. maybe i will back up my backup to mega upload, maybe.

i really hope you had ms myphone, or outlook syncing all contacts at least.
