i am not picking up any signal at all on my TP it was working fine before i went to class but after i got out i have not been able to pick up any service whatsoever, even in areas where i get perfect signal (the antenna icon has a screw looking icon next to it). this is the second time i had to hard reset it for it to start working again, only a matter of time before it does this a third time any suggestions to prevent this from happening again?

have you try resetting the phone? have you try making a call? If you can make a call then it might be just the signal bar.

Make sure the data connection is turned on in the Comm Manager?

Can you make phone calls on it? If so, it might just be that your provider is having issues on that cell.

have u checked to see if the phone may be on airplane mode

you don't need DATA connection on to make or recieve calls. I suggest you check to make sure your phone is not on airplane mode.

phone wasnt on airplane mode but i just now did a hard reset because i wasnt able to have usb connectivity either and it was running super slow overall, since i did hard reset its working perfectly now, is there any better radio to use than the sprint 1.12.34F?

It all depends where you live, you have to experiment and test out different radios to see which one works best for you. Heres the link for different radios that will work on your phone. have fun

less than a month later the situation happens again see first post i already just did another hard reset to get it going again but around 3/18-3/23 you can count on this happening again

I would defanitly consider changing your radio, also make sure you have an up-to-date PRL for your provider, only other suggestion i have is re-load your rom and do a hard-reset directly after to ensure proper settings. If all this fails, revert back to a OM ROM , hard-reset, install custom rom, hardreset. By reverting back to an OM ROM you will flash the radio and PRL back to factory defaults. Then installing the custom rom and hard-reseting will ensure correct settings, then install and update radio and PRL.
