do you have to flash to 2.7 to get voicemial and missed cal notification on the screen. i miss that. and if so can someone suggest a lite rom thats has this?

let me make sure of what exactly you are referring to. manila 2.7? max manila 2.7?

manila 2.7 if it exists has not been ported to VGA devices. Max Manila which is an addon to Manila 2.5 is another deal completely. i do know the new "addons" to manila 2.5 include what you are asking about with missed calls etc. you may need to provide a little more information for us to answer your question thoroughly. hope some of this helps

yes i mean the addon . im excited to get all these bells and whistles wiht the missed call and vm back on the home screen

Yes Sir!!! You will need to find the max manila 2.7 to get that back on the home screen. Another choice for you is to flash to a new ROM that already has that cooked in. I know Sense 2.1 has that already cooked in, smae thing goes for Sense 2.5. Some Chef already has the max manila 2.7 already cooked into there ROM. Check out RootRom or Skirom. Best of luck!
