TP Screen Failing?
 

Has anyone else had a similar issue to me, or know what I'm talking about?

About three days ago, when I turned my screen on with the top power button, the screen started off as black and then slowly faded into a blue striped pattern that just gets brighter and brighter. I turned it back off and on, and the normal screen came up.

I just figured it was a one-time glitch.

But now it's doing it every other time I turn on the phone.

Any ideas?

Yes I just had my replaced. It would go to a black screen then slowly turn white, blue, pink... some color and even shift between them. Some times a reset would help but not for long eventually it just stopped.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you go about getting it replaced?

I don't have sprint's insurance plan, and sort of got the run-around by a service rep.

If it's not under warranty [1 year] and without insurance, you buy a new phone.
