makkonen, i think you should throw this video in the first post, it shows the full boot process (post-data.img) and can give an idea of what to expect starting up. if i remember i'm going to try to get one a bit better in quality so you can see what the screen says. maybe do it from a fresh boot for those that don't know what to expect on their very first boot.

ok installed the new google maps hoping it would work for us but no go.

installed ok (downloaded apk on computer and transfered to card via droid method)
ran:

Sorry!
The applciation Earth (process com.google.earth) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

tried about 15 times, same thing each time.

ok rebooted and tried again. this time nothing. no error, no earth, no nothing. zip, sero, zilch. rebooting again lol

ok better news. it is available via market for us. downloading now lol.

downloaded, installed (after removing the one i downloaded on the computer) and it installed ok but it does nothing. no errors or anything, the screen flashes and goes back to the main screen. rebooted and still the same.

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

When I try to boot with the startup file as shown below (from the link you gave me) it doesn't start haret.exe and says: Unknown keyword: 'msmvkeyb'

Code:
set ramsize 0x10000000
set ramaddr 0x10000000
set mtype 1910
set KERNEL zImage
set initrd initrd.gz
set cmdline "lcd.density=210 msmts_calib=0x7a.0x5e.0x35a.0x37f clock-7x00.a11=500
msmvkeyb_toggle=off pmem.extra=1 gsensor_axis=-1,-2,3 pm.debug_mask=2
board-htcraphael-navi.wake=0 physkeyboard=raph"
boot

Edit: Hmm.. When I pressed the x button in the corner.. I got another popup like the msmvkeyb thingy and pressed x aswell and now he is loading.. Let's wait.

Edit2: It had a really small keyboard thingy at the top all the time, and after the booting I only got a large X with red, green, yellow and blue striped animation?

you're getting newlines where there shouldn't be any. It should be

set cmdline "lcd.density=210 msmts_calib=0x7a.0x5e.0x35a.0x37f clock-7x00.a11=500 msmvkeyb_toggle=off pmem.extra=1 gsensor_axis=-1,-2,3 pm.debug_mask=2 board-htcraphael-navi.wake=0 physkeyboard=raph"

one line

I'll try that and start to cook some dinner afterwards :).

@ hamagc: No, it's a regular TP1

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

It started up properly now. Thanks! But only one problem: When I enter my SIM pincode it says it is invalid? Or do I have to put 0000 instead of my SIM's code?

Re: Linux/Android on CDMA Touch Pro (RAPH800)

ok, raph800 does not have a sim, therefore no sim code. if you have a sim, you don't have a raph800.

if you don't have a sim but you are getting a pincode error:
took this from xda:

Im sure you feel kinda stupid considering this question has been asked so many times.. The answer is still to disable the PIN-code lock in Windows Mobile before you boot Android!
