TP2 replacement for TP
My TP is dying on me. Keyboard is hardly responsive.
Just wanted to know if Sprint would send me a TP2 to replace the TP or not? (no longer under HTC warranty) If not then i'm just going to go ahead and use my Blackberry Tour (company phone) until my 2 yr upgrade comes around |

from what i have seen and read, its all the luck of the draw, some people are getting replacement TPS and others are getting replacement TP2 depends on sprints stock and what they have i suppose

I figured as much. I dont want to pay that $100 and get a refurb'd TP. If they offered me my upgrade now that would be great, but that's not for some time so they probably won't

MY TP Was over heating (when talking for about 1 min), lagging, and usb wasnt working so i called them up and they sent me a TP w/ New Battery, didnt even bother giving me the bb, snap, pre option owell atleast i got me a working phone for the next 3 months( i say 3 months because thats how long a TP life span seems to be before it starts acting up)

Yeah I figured it would be luck/random that they sent me a TP2. *sigh*

Yeah they usually have it in the system of when you called and for what reason and any important notes. I may try it though.

Talking to Sprint "Level 2" Tech support, and they said they use forums for troubleshooting. lol

i called sprint tuesday because part of my charger is toast. i can still charge via usb on my laptop but not from wall outlet. the rep was shocked to hear that a new charger hadn't been ordered when the tp2 was ordered. so i need to take the stuff to the repair center and have them give me a new charger!

I got my TP replaced for a TP2 but I definitely had to fight for it... Is this your first TP or your 3rd? I think that also plays a big role in your argument as well. It's all bout what you say and how you come about. CS is no help, if it's not going your way, ask to be forwarded to Escalations.

Their tech support is so stupid. I got up to "Level 2" Tech support.
Neways, there sending me another TP. This will be my 2nd replacement |

My TP is still going strong for almost a year now and still now issues except of the software side.
I have no insurance on my phone so I'm pretty darn scared... I'm still on SERO 1250 as well. So I wanna upgrade but I lose SERO but I gain insurance. |
