i have energy rom and have tried both of the methods posted in the thread. No success..it always says "Unable to send the message"

I have installed the cab files that were in the .zip. Messages say that they have sent but they are never received. I can also not receive anything that is sent to me. Any Ideas? I am using the Energy ROM...
