Can Sprint Replace your Touch Pro with a Hero or Moment???
 

Well ive been trying to get it replaced with tp2 but no luck so is it possible to get it replace with a Hero or Moment???:confused:

I tried and was told no, was told that i could only get a refurb or a palm.

I was offered every phone but the TouchPro2. The only phone I want is the TP2. I was offered to buy the TP2 for $150. I said sure, can I pick it up in store so I don't have to wait for shipping and the Chat CSR said that wouldn't be a problem. So I go into a store to buy it and they wouldn't let me have it for that price even though they have notes sayin' that is what my final cost would be.

Today I was told three different answers at seperate sprint repair centers.

1: They can replace the TP with only the 8330, HTC Snap, Treo Pro or another TP

2:Only a TP

3:Off previous experiences she could name the TP2 or Palm Pre but there were more

It seems to depend what store you go to or who you talk to.

The answer is yes, but you have to search to find the answer. I'm pretty sure I found the answer in this thread. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=89583

If you are using a sero plan it won't work. May be worth it though.
