How to use touch pro 2 as a webcam
 

Any body know of a program made for wvga devices preferbly the touch pro2 that enables you to use it as a webcam. webcam plus is very buggy:(

Try Livecast. I used to use it next to a laptop that had no webcam, worked well. The bandwidth is configurable so you can adjust it if your signal strength is low. You can also save and share webcasts from the website.

After you set up an account (free), you can set public/private options. Send a url to friends to watch your live broadcast. Cab installer (I think) to PPC, browser links to various media players.

I use QIK.com to save videos to the web in real time and stream to the web in real time.
Not sure if thats what your referring too.

I tried livecast with my SPRINT TP2.. it works but keeps dropping the connection no matter what bitrate I select...

Here is an interesting option. Turns your phone into a wireless network camera. I have set up several of my old phones to use this. I do not think it will give you the option of using the phone for skype or other programs without using some other program on your computer. The author supplies the computer based program but I have not tried that. The wireless system is easy to use and free.
