Is HardSPL support still active?
 
I emailed 3 days ago about a handset replacement, and the ticket just says "open.." Would really like to unlock replacement handset soon. Anyone run into this?

it took awhile for them to respond to my ticket about the sim unlock. i PM'd cmonex (olipro won't respond) on xda that she responded to and got a response to the ticket the next day. not sure if the PM helped or if it was a coincidence though.
