Backlight Dim Setting Issue

Ok, I searched hi and low and havent seen anyone with this exact issue with TP2... but My backlight dims at 10 seconds all the time and I keep having to set it to 30 and it reverts back to 10 after a while or after reset.... I have the "Power" and "Power & Backlight" apps installed but the other changes when I set backlight to 30sec. But they both also revert back to 10 seconds.... anyone have a suggestion?

Mine was doing the same thing, I Backed everything up on the phone. Did a clear storage then restored the phone now everything works correctly.
