The TP2 Voice command and data conflict has been solved by the real windows mobile 6.5 dumped by US Cellular Win 6.5. I did try voice command on my Sprint TP2 after cooked rom with US cellular kitchen. So, we should enjoy the voice command with bluetooth headset again now. Before, bluetooth did not hang up when I have data idle on, now I can hang up phone whenever I press end button on my headset even with data connection. Happy now! |
Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
Do you have incoming call announcement over BT?

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
yes, if you want to set up VC to announce incoming call.

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
Maybe that will solve my BT volume problem...I have the volume cranked up and if I'm driving in my car I am always saying "What was that?" That has become pretty annoying since the HX1 built in voice blows my ear out with its info at first start.

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
There is a US Cellular kitchen dump here in the forum, just cook it and it works great both voice command and bluetooth headset. Now everything works as the way it should, I believe the previous wm 6.5 was not 100% wm 6.5, it was kind of wm 6.1 and wm 6.5 blended in. That's why we have voice command and data conflict, bluetooth would not hang up when you pressed end button when you have data idle on, now it just works fine even when data idle on.

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
Is there any ROM release with this kitchen from US Cellular that has everything that sprint stock ROM has?

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
I am curious about Voice Command announcing the callers from the Contacts list since according to Sprint, HTC and Microsoft that feature is not available on either the 6.1 or 6.5 OS after the upgrade. Voice Command Announces Calendar Reminders and NOT incoming callers (from your Contacts). Any insight is appreciated.

Re: TP2 VoiceCommand/Data
Voice Command does announce incoming callers, but only over the device speaker and not over a BT headset (even when set to do so).
