Touch Pro 2 changing SPC Code to "000000"
 

I cant seem to change the SPC code of my Touch Pro 2. I tried using QPST but I cant connect the phone and when I dial ##DIAG there is no response. All I need to do is to change the SPC code and I will be finished flashing my phone, so your help is greatly appreciated!!

Why do you need to change your SPC to flash? or did I misunderstand? I would think this could later lead to warranty issues or what not, unless you keep your original code written down somewhere and then change it back to the original one. Anyways, some codes that require your code are##PST# ##PRL# ##DATA#.

Without putting your phone in DM Router mode, qpst will not work.
It's either ##DIAG send or ##DIAG#

if it still doesn't work, then you need to install this to make the ## codes work again. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...8&d=1247938493

SPC has to be at all 0's to flash it to work on a different carrier such as Crickets network. Warranty isn't an issue in his case.

you can manually get to dmrouter in the windows directory

Did not know that. I always wondered how One put Sprint stuff on other carriers that allowed it. Thanks for the info.

sprint rom disables the dmrouter diag

run it manually.

on a stock rom? I was able to use DIAG on the sprint rom when I used it.
