people tab missing - shows up as my favorites instead
 

I just received the HTC Touch Pro 2 by Verizon, and it appears the People tab on my phone has been replaced with My Favorites. When I click on it I get asked to add favorites, but do not get the submenu referenced in the user manual. The people tab also does not show up under All Applications. Any idea what happened or how to get the People tab? Thanks!

I may have found the answer to my own question. I was using the manual from the manufacturer instead of Verizon. I'm now using the Verizon one and that seems to explain the different set up.
