My Phone issue syncing and the endless remove program loop for me?

Every time I sync with microsoft My Phone I get an error message that I have no memory on device in storage. Sure enough my device is low on storage so I remove some programs and sync again. Then somehow the device loses more storage and I have to remove more programs?

More issues now...I am so sorry I ever tried to use My Phone. Not only have I no memory on the device but all my contacts are double and I am not sure what else is?

ok - login into myphone.microsoft.com from your pc and run the duplicate contact cleaner from there so no manual stuff. you should also see what your storage space is at ... 200 MB max storage on microsoft's server for free. you may also be able to determine what is hogging all the space ... delete anything you dont care to lose ... once you sync to your phone again ... hopefully your issue will be resolved.

Why when I sync on microsoft "my phone" do I wind up with no storage each time? It seems as the "my phone" is taking data from the backup and putting it somewhere on my device.
