Change TF3D Tabs Verizon TP2

Ok so Diamond TF3D config crashes and manilla customizer doesn't seem like what I want. I just want to remove and rearrange my TF3D tabs. the diamond config seems to be exactly what I want but it doesn't run and I did delete the tweeks files. Any suggestions.

Doesn't the settings>personalize>customize tabs setting work for you??

For me it was settings-customize tabs
