Help, not sure what I need...
 

Although I'm not a noob to flashing I am to my new phone.

I just got the TP2 worldphone version from sprint (model T3780) which replaced my old Diamond.

After reading what I need for unlocking and flashing am still a bit confused...

Can I use the HardSPL in the RhodiumW CDMA Worldphone HardSPL Unlocker Release Sticky or do I need the security/sim unlocker from the XDA group regardless. I have no plans right now to switch carriers so will be staying with sprint.

I've had it for a week and am itching to get a custom 6.5 ROM installed but do not wish to brick the phone by using the wrong unlocker... and then the whole radio thing... not sure if I need to do that as well?

Any advice is welcomed...

all you need to flash a new rom is the hspl and the rom. the sim unlocker and radios are for other things :)

just get the HSPL that'll unlock your phone to flash ROMs

the SIM unlocker will cost you money...and its for flashing radios and allowing your phone on US GSM carriers.

They're both from the Elite Team.

nothing dramatically new...and you won't notice a difference.
