QuickGPS - Recurring error

I've been getting a recurring error message since my last flash (latest version of Mighty ROM). The error is related to QuickGPS and the syntax is:

"Failed to create empty document."

I suspect that there's a configuration setting that needs to be changed and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Hard reset is all that worked for me.

I am having this issue.. I dont want to hard reset.
