58 replies about the water damage indicator on the battery. Can't someone please help ?
The problem I'm having with the previous solutions is that I want to routinely sync the phone with two computers, not swap one PC for the other.

You folks who've flashed 6.5......Do you have this problem or does it go away with the new ROM. My research indicates the problem originated with 6.1, but I have no information on 6.5.

I sync my TP1 (WM6.1) with multiple computers: 2 Vista 64s, 1 Vista 32, 2 XPs. The only solution that worked for me after trying everything else was to use the mobile device center/active sync on only my main computer and use PDAsync by LapLink for all the rest. It was a lifesaver:

I had these problems on the original Touch and the TP1's original ROM. However, the Sprint update on the TP1 and the TP2 (Sprint's stock 6.1 ROM) appear to have this fixed.
