"Warning, windows cannot determine your country, please select it manually"
 

I keep getting this error pop up. I've found 1 reference to it here, but mine is a different cause.
I have a VZW TP2. 3 days old. Stock ROM, no modifications. I'm on the Nationwide+Canada plan. When I'm in Canada and my phone switches to telus, I get the error pop up:
"Warning, windows cannot determine your country, please select it manually"
Problem is I'm near the border when I'm in Canada, so the phone switches between to Verizon and telus sometimes every few minutes. It is VERY annoying. I can't cancel out of the dialog. It takes me to a screen where I have to pick the country.

Anyone got any ideas? Haven't called VZW yet, but just about to..

OK...So I called Verizone and they told me they had a solution...it didn't work.
The suggestion from them was to set the phone to CDMA only (Not Global). No change in the problem. The Current Country setting is on the CDMA Services tab in the phone settings, so setting to CDMA only doesn't seem to make sense anyway. If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.
