Removing the box behind the weather clock

Ok, looked around for a while and can't find an answer. I have a mighty Rom 6.5 and wanted to know if its possible to remove the black or gray box behind the weatherclock. I have seen cabs that remove everything pretty much, but i want to keep the white flip clock and weather, but get rid of just that gray box. Can someone pleeeeaaase help me with this. I've seen other posts that are similiar, but no responses on them, Thanks!

Give this cab a shot (attached). It worked for me on EnergyRom 23164 (winmo6.5).

Take a look at a screen shot my home screen (attached) to see if that's the result you wanted.
EDIT: just remember to either turn manila off before running the cab and back on afterward or just soft reset after installing.

Im on JD's RhoPazIo rom and it does work on removing the grey box behind the weatherclock. FYI if you guys haven't tried this rom yet, you are missing out on a very solid & stable rom.

Glad I could help you guys. That black box was bugging me too before I found that cab.

Nate

And what version of manila do those roms have, 2.1 or 2.5?

The cab basically installs 744232cd_manila, which has been edited to be transparent instead of a black box, works fine for the version of manila 2.1 I have (EnergyRom). The version of manila you guys have might not be compatible.

2.5 so that's probably it.
